Technology and Adolescent Mental Wellness (TAM)

At TAM, we know that mental illnesses are among the most common and consequential health issues affecting adolescents and young adults. We also know that youth are avid technology users, and have demonstrated an ability to leverage technology for positive social change and to promote their own wellness. TAM is a finding and dissemination mechanism made up of researchers, industry reps, healthcare providers, and youth themselves, all of whom are asking and generating novel response to this foundational question: How can technology support adolescent mental wellness?
