Q: What have you been working on while on SMAHRT?

A: I’m working on helping to code articles for a research study that determines how journalists portray mental health in relation to social media in their work. I also work on promotions and write blogs for the website.

Q: What project are you most proud of and why?

A: I am proud of the blogs that I’ve written for the Hot Topics Blog for SMAHRT.

Q: What female role models/mentors do you have in your life?

A: My mom and my older sister.

Q: What is the best advice they have given you?

A: Always help others and always follow the things that make me happy.

Q: What do you hope the future is like for women and girls in science?

A: I hope that there are more opportunities for females in science.
